We provide domestic couriers services across Lahore and Karachi including LHE–LHE, LHE–KHI, KHI–KHI, and KHI–LHE routes.
Service charges vary based on shipment type, destination, weight, and selected service (Overnight, Same Day, Economy, Cargo, etc.).
Sunday Delivery is available for selected areas with applicable charges.
Free pickup is available within designated service areas.
Delivery timelines depend on service type:
Same Day Delivery
Overnight Express
Economy Express
Cargo / Overland
Delivery delays may occur due to weather, natural events, operational issues, or customer unavailability.
Customers are responsible for proper packaging of parcels.
Fragile or high-value goods must be packed securely; fragile stickers do not guarantee safe handling without proper packing.
Lahore Couriers Services is not liable for damage caused due to poor packaging.
Customers may NOT send:
Currency, jewelry, gold, precious stones
Hazardous materials (chemicals, explosives, flammable items)
Illegal, prohibited, or stolen items
Perishables without proper arrangements
Important government documents unless allowed under specific service conditions
All shipments are handled with care, but slight wear, dents, or marks due to transit are considered normal couriers handling.
In case of loss or major damage proved to be LCS fault, compensation is provided as per company policy (usually limited liability based on shipment type).
Actual or volumetric weight—whichever is higher—will be charged.
Additional KG charges apply according to the selected service type.
Incorrect weight declared by the customer may result in adjustment of charges.
At Lahore Couriers Services, we aim to provide a smooth and customer-friendly delivery experience. To ensure clarity and reliability, the following policies apply to all domestic shipments:
Reattempt Policy
If the customer (receiver) is not available at the time of delivery, one free reattempt will be made.
After the first free reattempt, additional attempts may be scheduled based on customer request and operational feasibility.
Return Policy
There are no return charges for shipments sent back to the shipper.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal, it will be safely returned without any extra cost.
General Terms
The sender is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Fragile or high-value items should be packed securely by the shipper.
Delivery timelines may vary based on service type and external factors (weather, law & order, etc.).
Parcels can be held at our facility for 3–5 days; after that, they may be returned with applicable charges.
Business clients receive payments according to the agreed payout cycle.
COD payments are only released after successful delivery status is confirmed.
Any incorrect banking information provided by seller may cause delays.
Tracking information will be available through our website, hotline, or support.
Status updates depend on operational timings and scanning schedules.
Customers must ensure:
Accurate delivery address & contact number
Proper description of goods
Proper packaging
Availability to receive delivery or provide alternate recipient
Pickup or label cancellation must be requested before dispatch.
Once the parcel is in transit, cancellation is not possible.
Customer data is kept confidential and used only for operational purposes.
Data is not shared with any third party except operational partners involved in delivery.
The company is not responsible for delays caused by:
weather, political situations, road closures, public holidays, law enforcement checks, customer unavailability, or incorrect addresses.
Lahore Couriers Services reserves the right to update the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

15. Shipping Charges & Pricing
15.1.Standard Domestic Rates
- Lahore to Lahore (within city): PKR 100 per kg.
- Lahore to Other Cities (domestic inter-city): PKR 120 per kg
15.2. Chargeable Weight
Shipping charges are calculated on the actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. Volumetric weight is calculated in accordance with standard courier industry practices.
15.3. Currency & Taxes
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and exclude any applicable taxes, fuel surcharges, remote area charges, or other government levies, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
15.4. Additional Surcharges
Extra charges may apply for:
Remote or out-of-service delivery areas
Special handling, oversized parcels, or high-value shipments
Urgent or time-sensitive delivery services
Any such surcharges will be communicated to the customer or merchant prior to shipment where reasonably possible.
15.5. Pricing Updates
Lahore Couriers reserves the right to revise shipping rates at any time due to changes in fuel prices, government regulations, or operational costs. The most recent rates published on our website or otherwise communicated by us shall apply to new shipments from the effective date of such change.
